Baseball Coaching Staff - Best in the Country?

With O?Connor being hired and bringing two guys with him and with Muscara rumors swirling, is there going to be a better coaching staff in college baseball when all parts and pieces are considered? Regardless, this staff will be on a very short list of best in college baseball, at the least. The fan base should be very wooly.
