Why not try and tag the runner caught in a run down. We might could have turned double play. We played that scared. We needed outs.

I dunno! Weird play. The only thing I could come up with is they were more worried about runner at third scoring. My question was why not tag out the runner caught in run down from first base then attempt to throw to home for runner trying to steal home. One thing I noticed on this play that no one came to back up our 2nd baseman and 1st baseman in the run down.
