I know its fashionable to hate on Adidas around here, and I do agree that their polos suck, but they are quietly making some of the best technology running shoes ever made now. Their lightstrike pro foams are basically a tiny bit better than Nike's signature foam currently and setting world records left and right.

I just wish they would invest in their apparel design a little more, but Adidas is a world class company. We are still light years away from the Russell Athletic years at MSU.

I was driving our actual next head coach around Waverly Drive. Coach Pollard wants a lake view so we gonna have to evict one of the aging boomers

There is one for sale right off 16 tee, not the perfect view but still very nice. Go back by today after you get in 18.

I have two golf polos that are outstanding from Adidas. The Adidas stuff Ludvig Aberg has been wearing this year is outstanding.

I assume he is referring to the Adidas game day attire. Because it is babbage.

Correct. Adidas game day/sideline apparel is hot garbage, but they have some amazing high end apparel especially in their golf line. I wish some of that high end stuff would trickle down to college apparel, but as far as athletic shoes and uniforms, they are pretty damn good.

If we went with the retro adidas logo (see image above), I think it would set us apart some (as opposed to the 3 stripes). But what do I know...

That?s a heck of an idea and could be come our stand alone identity. We have a design program at MSU. Let the seniors design something and if high quality retro, pitch it to adidas for us to use. University should do that anyway. Not just take what adidas has for us and A&M but create our own and let adidas push it out for us.

Once I typed that out I was like "Wait, why is nobody else doing that?" and there's probably a reason I'm sure. But that retro adidas logo is the cool thing right now so it makes sense to me at least.

Adidas has the better shoes.

Nike has the better performance gear and uniforms imo.
