Pico de gallo is a Mexican STAPLE in the Valley (for those that don't know, that's the Rio Grande valley, McAllen, TX where I went to high school specifically), where I spent every weekend across the border with my dates eating and dancing. I don't always agree with Coach, but when I do ..........

Another perfect example of how we somehow end up with a one tool position player (OK maybe two as he did steal a few bases I think) and no other choice on the roster.

That was Luke Alexander. He also hit a walk off HR against Ole Miss that same season.
