He has been legit. His potential is really high for next year, too.

He's a little bit like RJ Yeager in 2022, but Ace has been even better. It is swept under the rug how good Yeager was that year because the team was beyond 17 awful.

As I said before the season- we would be better offensively. Reese has really broken out. He should be a monster next season. I'm hoping he can get to 20 HR's before we finish the season

Agree with OP. He is a player.

TBH, I think this team has some good talent just mis-managed. When we get clicking, we have Omaha talent.

Absolutely, he's killing it. And he's been more than serviceable with the glove.

If we get the pitching. If the talented freshmen keep giving us quality innings? Absolutely

We are swinging the bat well now. We have scored 70 runs our last 3 series. That's almost 8 per game

i'll step up and say that I was wrong about him. Lemonis kept calling him a "pro hitter" and I said that I didn't see it. Of course I have zero faith in Lemonis' ability to judge talent, so that probably skewed my judgement a little. That and he struggled a little bit early against weak pitching. He ended up being pretty good.

Yeah we got some power at the plate, best in several years IMO.

We have already surpassed alot of offensive numbers from last year with 8 more games plus Regionals plus.

absolutely. Kid and family love where he is. Need a good hire and have to pay up. He and McPh are must-keeps
