Has he EVER chastised one of his players for making a boneheaded play? We just fail to do so many of the basic things in baseball over and over again. Either we are horribly coached or ridiculously unfocused when we play.

It's a combination of both to be honest. Plus, when your team is struggling you play tight and it starts to get mental. It's a funk that's hard to get out of.
