New Analyst Hire

Mike McIntyre has been hired as a defensive analyst. Hell of a pull by Lebby. We now have two top of the line former DCs and former HCs in analyst roles. They will both have headsets on gameday I would imagine.

Yeah, I don't think Lebby is effing around. A solid defense last year and we would have made a bowl or at worst 7 losses. He has shored up the defense side of the ball. Keep Shapen healthy and upright and we have a shot at a bowl game next season.

100 percent correct. Two coaches who have had some success as head coaches and a lot of success as assistants now serving as analysts for us. That’s pretty impressive. We just have to get players. We got coaches. More specifically, a head coach. I really think Lebby is the real deal.

Well our DC will have two very experienced DCs in his ear on gameday. We'll be just fine. We also will have better players this year and actual depth.

Depth being a huge part of it, we just gave out so many times last year.

In the back of the season I definitely agree. ASU, Toledo, and Florida was bad depth and bad gameplans. Texas, UGA, A&M, Tennessee, and Mizzou were good game plans but depth killed us. Arkansas and OM are the two outliers. I still don't know what happened against Arkansas and we played out of our mind against OM.
