Great game in a losing cause. We were there but Kugel disappeared on offense again along with others. Many of the combinations we put on the the court have us playing 2 on 5 or 3 on 5 on offense at the best. I can see it, why can't Jans. It was Hubbard & Murphy last night with a little help from Harris & Nwoko and that was about it. Having Jones and Cam (whom I love but is a liability on O and at the line) playing together is 3 on 5 along with some other combos. Kugel is Jeckyll and Hyde and you can see early in the game if he has it or not. He is also not a point guard, nor is Cam. Rumor I heard is that we are still paying Clary and he is pulling Creed on us.

Hub was not going to stay down forever, he will also not score 30+ every night either. You could see his confidence and his approach to the game was totally different in shot selection, driving, dishing, etc. Ashamed it took a month of bad basketball to learn that.

Problem is we now have Cam in the ditch, Melindez not playing well and Kugel last night. That is the difference in us and Aub, Bama and UT. They haven't had key guys disappear long stretches. If we get it together, we are a Final4 contender.
