Maybe but didn't he finish in like top 5 in SEC in tackles? Didn't he lead team in tackles? Not saying he is all SEC LB or anything but not sure underperformed on our bad D is accurate.

Not really a fan of pay for play in an amateur sport. We need minor leagues for these guys or make NIL what it was supposed to be. But I'm certainly good with capitalism in the business world in general.
