Well the U just Blew the bell curve on QB NIL. Giving Beck 3 mil to go there.

Good investment in himself. He will make more at Miami than a typical NFL 5th rounder.

Plus, he has two years of eligibility left.

Evidently, his elbow injury and the difficult 2024 season at UGA dropped him to 3rd-day draft territory.

Probably a third round grade, but with the weak QB class he may have moved up to round 2. $3-4 mil/year likely much better than what a 2nd rounder gets per year.

He is having/had elbow surgery. It's uncertain at this point if he will even be able to play in the Fall. Thats why he is staying in college

Seriously, has anyone seen anything from Carson Beck that screams NFL QB? I'm not even sure I see him as an NFL backup. If he can get 3 mil per year from someone in college he should do that as long as he can.

Really Clark?

I will be glad when all of these numbers become public and under contract. There is some big NIL payments out there for sure, there are a whole lot of over inflated "reported" NIL numbers that are double or more than what the true number is. Either from agents driving up the market or collectives who are trying to present a stronger NIL than they really have. Strong sense out there that he's not getting a straight up $3MIL NIL deal, about half that in straight NIL money.
