I'm tempted to take vandy and the points. I won't, but I'm tempted

I stopped betting against State a long time ago. I gamble for fun and to have a rooting interest. Felt sick when I won money on us when we lost.

If I ever bet against State, we'd still lose... but cover. So I'd lose twice.

Lets say we win our home games outside of losing to two of UK/Bama/UF and win @ SC and @ 1 of OU and Ole Miss to finish 9-9 we would probably still be around a 5 or 6 seed because of how tough this conference is. I don?t think we win tonight though Vandy is under rated and probably will be 7-2 or 8-1 at home.

Yep. I'm sure there were a few frequenters of this board that did that on the Egg Bowl spread.

Making the tournament and getting to the sweet 16 with two wins over OM (with them either missing the tourney or bowing out of the first round) and this season is a resounding success imo. Don't care how we get there.

Except for Aubarn, it seems... 17ers.

Again, even the bad teams are going to be damn near impossible to beat. Auburn’s only loss is by 6 on the road at Cameron Indoor and most of their games are 20 point wins. Tonight it looks like they are going to escape in Austin against a team that lost by 20 at A&M on Saturday.

We would probably be a 4. Seriously.
