An FYI, you need to reset it on a computer. I've tried on my phone for a week, sent admin email,etc. Today I did it on my computer and it worked.

Also whoever set the question needs to edit it yearly. It asks who is number 14? but does give context such as sport or year.

This site needs an updated setup, look, and OS. It's been the same since 2013.

I was able to do it on my phone but it took a bunch of attempts. The 2nd password email went to the junk folder, check there.
