They keep showing highlights of Toledo stomping us at DWS this year and talking about it to boot. A sad site to revisit. We have to be better in 2025. Hail State, I hope!

Toledo did indeed whip our ass. They won the game today against a team that was one corched by a lot of State fans' idol Sherrill. They also have won a national championship in football. I was pulling for them to win. Their win actually makes State not look so bad after the loss to them this year.

Nah.... it was a bad look when it happened and a bad rep now. Toledo had a better team and better coaches.

I don't disagree but we still hear about Crooms Maine loss every year several times a year, so unless Lebby completely turns us around and makes us forget about it, fans will always bring it up.

People still bring up the missed FG against USA.

I moved on from that game the second that Van Buren became the QB. It doesn't effect me at all anymore.

That was such a weird game. Shapen finished with 320 and 2 TD but we only had 3 points going into the 4th I think. If that game happened in Nov I think we win it something like 48 to 33
