We already have that. We don't call it GM and don't remember what his title is. But it's the guy over roster management. GM is not an appropriate title IMO; the responsibilities in the corporate world for a GM are far greater.

We need a GM that can manage the roster AND the staff. Needs to be in charge of hiring and firing.
