Alabama sophomore guard Trevor Lacey was granted a release to transfer today. I know Ndoye is still coming but just a strange coincidence that both happened on the same day?

Also, I know Lacey is a G and Ndoye is a C/F and, as a condition, he probably can't transfer anywhere else in the league. Just found it strange.
