MSU had to go to overtime to defeat Tennessee 2-1 tonight. Scored the Golden Goal on a beautiful service from Hannah Johnson to Aitana Martinez-Montoya only 15 seconds into the second overtime period.

I know nothing about soccer but I’m all in for us being #1 in the nation! I watched very end and it was awesome!

Hope we rested some players; we need to position ourselves for a NC run. This team can win it all. We already got an SEC title. Prepare for the big prize.

Well, we didn't. Tennessee took it to us in the second half and first overtime. I'll be interested to see how it affects us Thursday when we play South Carolina.

While we have some quality depth, not having Ilana Izquierdo in the middle with Macey Hodge is hurting.

Well we lost to South Carolina today 3-0, but atleast we get to come home and rest up a bit. I kind of wished we wouldn?t have played starters the first game and came home earlier.

One of our freshman was carried off in a leg cast with 30 seconds remaining. Does anyone know the severity of her injury.
