You (the player) are an investment from someone else. You don't show your value on the field. We can't put money in a bad investment.

During one of the Boston College games the announcers were talking about the former NFL coaches on the staff. Then they talked at length about more and more programs were using NFL guys to run their rosters b/c with NIL that's what it's become.

I can't help but wonder if a GM should hire the staff. Lebby wasn't equipped to put together a staff.
