Wow! I think he should be gone but that’s tough. Not sure if firing now or later is better but I want what’s best for the program.

He has a four year contract for $1 million per for a job he has never held before. Let that sink in. Second year in a row our new HC has hired his DC with little to no experience in the position. But I guess we could could use about 1/2 of our recent $8 million donation to the new "State Excellence Fund" for him to go away and hire and give "rookie" number three a chance in less that two seasons.***

It is a **** type scam site. I tried to sign up that Peter Sirmon wanted to sigh with a John Doe email address and the next step they ask for is a donation of at least $8.

Really Clark?

Hutzler's contract is 3 years

You may be right about the 3 years. I got my information from an article from the Columbus Dispatch attached to a similar thread regarding his contract on Sixpack. It said 4 years at a million per with even some going away head scratching financial perks if he chose to leave us for another job in football at the college level. Hard for me to believe 1 million per for 3 years can only get a rookie DC whose last gig was the ST/LB coach at Alabama.

Thanks for attaching the article. I misread the length over on Sixpack. It is still a very concerning contract for a first year DC in my opinion.

Exactly ....this is stupid and embarrassing . So tempted to delete this stupid sh!t

And I agree. He should likely be gone as well as turner at the end of the year .

Who approved that contract? What a joke. I could see this for an established guy, but for this dude? Ridiculous.
