This off-season can we do like ole miss does, which Kiffen learned from Saban, and hire some of these coaches that got fired (and other schools are paying their salaries) to come and be analysts.
I don't see how we could have paid Mullen and staff what we were going to yet since then hired all these new coaches for much less when we're pulling in sec revenue money and haven't yet pulled in analysts to help. We need all the help we can get.
I think that we have one or two but none of the statue these other schools are. It's like we are so behind and can never catch up because we can't multitask and fix multiple things at a time.

I think that you're on the wrong board. No one cares what color our AD is. We care if he has us going in the right direction which I think we are. I also think you are looking for inside the black bears site

Back to the question, we should have extra money. Why aren't we/ we need to go hire some analysts. We need to take from the Saban playbook. That's what Kiffen has done

No one in 99% of the fanbase gives two 17s what color OR gender the AD is. The fanbase just want to see progression toward winning over a period of years.

Baseball and basketball should be pretty solid.
Football is admittedly way behind but that is relatively solvable.

Unfortunately this is all correct. You may not want to believe it, but it is. We also have a sect of fans that think we did not interview anyone except Lebby. Yet another false narrative. We have a lot of problems on the field, we have equally as many in the fan base.

You don't know how everyone feels anymore than I do but I don't know one person who cares what color the AD, coaches, or players are. Folks need to quit trying to put MSU in bad light. MSU has some of the best people, alumni and fans. Are there one or two - yes just like every fan base, but I'd bet money MSU is better than the rest on the other stuff.

I do not like it because it is sad. But a majority of our fan base is still that way. Go to any game, you don’t have to look too damn far to find it. It is why a lot of our fan base’s favorite sport is baseball. It is tough to admit but it is there.

Dude come on. That's absurd. I think every one of us would trade our baseball past to have that in football. I love baseball but football is the money sport. Baseball is just what we've been good at so it's easy to pull for them (other than recently)

Every on of US would. You are right. But we are a small part of this fan base. We do not speak for the fan base. You can say it is sad that I think that way and it is, but is because I have seen multiple times. I mean you do not have to go far to find it. Go stand outside the hump after we lose a basketball and listen to the conversations. Not hard to find. Here is the thing though, we are in the Deep South. That is still a way of thinking for a lot of people. It is not just our fan base. It is Ole Miss, Alabama, Auburn, UGA, etc. I am not lamenting that we need to change. I accepted long ago that people have their way of thinking and they are going to stick to it come hell or high water. That is the way they know and it will not change.
