The Monday after Eastern KY, Lebby said Dinkins had a chance to play vs Arizona State and would be a game time decision.
He hasn't dressed since and is listed as "out" again this week.
What is the deal?

Sounds like he's sitting out and will probably transfer. He can't RS since he's already done that. Used his RS last year. I think he's overvaluing himself though. He has about two drives of college game tape.

It's ironic he's the guy doing a medical related on radio commercial breaks during the games. Got paid and lazy.

He may very well be hurt.
But I think lebby should address it if so and say the injury was worse than we thought or he had a setback. Because it's a bad look.

Yep. When your team sucks, you need all the good will with the fans you can get. Being straight with the fans could certainly at least explain how much of a rebuild he really had. Or...... he could take the Joe Moorhead approach which he certainly reminds me a lot of.

An SEC rebuild should not be from the previous guy's 5-7 to 2-10 in your first year to start it. At least match the guy who got fired to make room for you. My goodness, 2-10 would be disastrous!

Dinkins can play at 75% in a season we're going to get killed in and win maybe a couple games or he can take time to get to 100%, play the minimum against the teams we can beat and RS to have 3 yrs left. Now, let's see if that's what we're doing. The staff is doing a lot of stuff that people don't see but then we lose a kid to FSU.

No. He can't. He's already redshirted. He is only possibly eligible for a medical hardship. And it's no guarantee

Not just Dinkins but I hope all of these players that are not playing so as to try and manipulate another year of eligibility are not getting any more NIL payments.

Why would anyone have felt that way? I sure do miss winning those games and listening to some folks bitch about how we did it
