i watched the Manning cast Monday night and they had Belicheck on and he mentioned JT Gray and Chris Jones within the first 5 minutes. Pretty cool to hear State guys mentioned so often during NFL broadcasts. Belicheck had high praise for JT Gray.

Yes. Johnathan Abram and J.T. Gray are both safeties, both are in the NFL, and both are from MSU. Ironically, they both play for the same team (New Orleans Saints). J.T. Gray is a safety, but is certainly primarily known as one of the top special teams players in the league. J.T. doesn't get many snaps on defense. He got 20 defensive snaps in 2020, 35 snaps in 2021, 28 snaps in 2022, just 5 snaps in 2023, and he currently has 16 snaps through 5 games in 2024.
