We have built several indoor practice facilities over the years in TX. It is incredible the money on their bonds that pass for athletics.
We have 2 going on currently.

I know that some districts like Cy-Fair, in Houston, TX., have a Thursday night game, then Friday night game, and one or two Saturday games housed in the same venue? Just for general additional information, major HS Football teams in Los Angeles do not play home games on campus. They rent out junior college facilities on Friday nights.

City high schools here don't have on-campus stadiums either - there's one in Huntsville for 7 high schools, and one in Madison for 2 (soon to be 3 perhaps) high schools. Seems like on-campus stadiums would be a terrible waste of money. Not sure about the county schools since the school are more widely separated.

I know in San Antonio that private schools have their own fields but ISD schools have Alamo Stadium and probably a few others by now.

That is Melissa High School Football Cardinals Home Stadium. Their private IPF, and their private locker and weight room.

Check out Allen, Texas HS facilities. Allen's marching band has over 280 members. I think there is at least 1 Texas High School with over 350 in the marching band! Those schools are so huge, fundraisers must raise $millions.

Allen's Eagle Stadium seats 18000.

Melissa High School Stadium only seats 10000, They are a 5 A school with just 1300 students so they would barely be 7 A in Mississippi. We have stadiums that seat 10,000 or very close but nothing like these Texas stadia.
