The Angels have had to spend some money this draft and chose their 11th round pick to spend 2MM on over 3rd round Prager from A&M who had a huge NIL to return to A&M. Prager announced today he will be back at A&M

As a side note- this almost guarantees a Dirtbag return for 25. They are highly unlikely to give him more than 150K and maybe not even that much. He would lose money to sign with them

I think that ranking is fair for us but it's a little puzzling to me that they would come out with that before August 1st. There's a lot that can and will change for all of those teams between now and the next week.

They have 250k in bonus pool to give him right? That would be 400k total. I think he would sign for that.
