Never been more nervous in my life.. Just got the news I'll start full pads practice with Miss State Saturday and go until Friday 😳😳

So, I guess he can practice during bowl season. I didn't realize this was legal, but what the hey, can only help him get a leg up and ready to provide depth next season.

I think its a new rule for in coming high school kids , if the team makes a bowl game they can practice.. doesn't apply to Juco kids..

No clue. I didn't think this was legal.

I know he won't but can he play, or take snap? and would that ruin his redshirt?

This is an interesting rule, and should give kids even more motivation to enroll early.

Bracky just announced that Nick Fitzgerald was now classified as a Junior in college with 2 years of eligibility remaining after reading this thread.**

In all seriousness though, this is great news. Says a lot about Nick as well. He seems like a hard worker.

I hope it's illegal, it's about 17ing time we started cheating! Although we've never been very good at it.

Bracky saw this and panicked and just suspended Redmond for the bowl game.
