If this wins, everybody that ever got caught in a camera pan that was used in a promo is hiring a lawyer. It will never end. Hell, can fans in the stand caught on camera make a claim, too? Like Dire Straits sang...Money for nothing and the chicks for free.

I want my $ from any of those megapixel photos at Davis Wade. Just remembered I had a close-up on SportSouth back in the day holding up a HR ball at DNF. I need to go after whoever bought them too.

Heck, I been seen on Jefferson Pilot crowd shots and to date ringing a cowbell, which is indeed athletic activity and after 60 years I should have a Popeye right arm to prove it! Send my checks!*****
