Don't say that! We have some Lemonis lovers who think the bottom of the conference who State had the most success on is the best it has ever been. Imagine the Top of the conference being eliminated by G5 programs! That would mean Lemons made lemonade out of a bunch of also-ran conference opponents. Too bad we have to suffer through another 22-23 type season in 2025 waiting for a change to come!

I also read on here that Geautreau and Lemonis are now best buds. Looks like another Croom-McCorvey Bromance budding.

Someone here calls UK and Mingeone the "Clown Show". The Clown Show was in Starkville in 22-23 and found a horseshoe up their butts by missing the Top 2 teams in the conference in 2024 to make their path to a Regional , which they should have won if not for the "meddler" in charge.

But carry on waiting for the other shoe to drop . I'm so sick of hearing "If Lemonis flops next year he will be fired!" I agree he can't be fired this year short of subordination. But damn sure could have been last year!

I’m in minority on this take but I’m pulling for Ky. Clown or not his team seems to like him plus they are having fun. He lets them be themselves and don’t seem to uptight. He may be different but he is always smiling and having fun. Good recruiter also.

This. The conference is as talented and deep as it's ever been. The sec will have 3-4 teams in Omaha and more than likely bring home another natty.

He is different no doubt, but his teams play hard and like I said seems to have fun. Baseball should be played being fun with energy. Seems to be a good guy when I see interviews with him. I hope they win it all.

Absolutely! His teams play like my teams played. Sometimes we were overly aggressive but you generally win way more than you lose with that style

Sign me up 24! I'm just an aggressive sports guy, meaning put pressure on the defense, doesn't matter which sport. But mainly basketball and baseball.

Nick is different, but he seems to be building a nice program. I wonder if Cohen fires Butch next year he would go after Nick.

Love aggressiveness. My teams ran, ran and ran some more. Drove teams crazy with the run game. Always defenders moving so many holes for hitters and teams would have to throw more fast balls to try and slow down run game which gave hitters pitches to hit. Aggressiveness always plays to me!
