What a joke. TN basically gets a bye into Omaha.

It will be like a Midweek series. They can let some freshmen get Super Regional experience.

If LSU can win tonight, they get a Cupcake Super Regional too

To be fair, MSU would have had a Cupcake regional, but failed to execute, Low IQ baserunning and DIII Defending. MSU only went as far as Justin Parker's pitching staff could take them.

If Lemonis were a better in-game coach, we would have locked up our own cakewalk home Super Regional to join them in Omaha. He really has cost us a lot these last 3 years.

That regional was lost by 3 games in February and one game in April

You win those games and you are hosting. Plain and simple

Lemonis, Cheese, and Gaut do not get a pass on their part in us not hosting. They were a big reason as well. We needed to win more, yes, but also be coached better and with better coaching decisions.

It doesn't have to be those specifically, but any 4 more wins and we're probably a single-digit national seed. If Lemonis had tightened up his tactical decisions, and we played with better fundamentals and a higher baseball IQ, we probably increase our win total by more than 4, and if we'd scheduled smarter, we could have been in the top 5 or so.

All of the above is a direct result of Lemonis. We underachieved in ways that a good coach would correct.
