Liberty Bowl is celebrating their history. There are 6 different styles of tickets with a former player on each ticket. Archie is on one of these styles so some may get Archie on their ticket and most will not.

I remember when Deposit Guaranty Bank used to run ads on MSU football, basketball and baseball broadcast featuring Archie Manning. Remind me of the last time an MSU sports hero did ads on Ole Miss broadcasts.

I would hope the Liberty Bowl would know better than to give the Archie tickets to our fans' allotment, but overall I really don't see how this a big deal. The Liberty Bowl is celebrating its former great players/coaches (including Bo Jackson, the Bear, etc.)- Archie just happens to be a famous player who played at the Liberty Bowl.
