I've got final general thoughts on the offense, defense, and ST. Position by position notes are next. Finally, some depth chart predictions. I didn't add any 2013 recruits to my 2 deeps but a cpl could certainly make that happen.

Good read. Thanks, BeastMan.

I am really excited about the talented depth we're building. How many times in the history of MSU have we had a potential bowl team AND been able to see loaded lineups for the next 3 years waiting in the wings? Our depth is really good this year, and that's not even taking into consideration Chris Jones, Ashton Shumpert, and all 16 of our 6 foot 3 inch WR's from this year's class.

I am absolutely pumped about 2014-2016. I just really hope we can find a way to make a bowl game with our schedule this season.

Exactly Cadaver. This year will be a rough 1 due to how the schedule has lined up but if we manage 6-8 wins and a bowl it will really show where the program is. MSU of yesteryear would win 4 games next season

Ah, I see you are being generous. Pre-Mullen MSU would be destroyed with this sched.

Nice read. Its been reported on 247 that Chris Jones is already up to 300 pounds. Will be interesting to see if he does indeed remain at DE if he already is at that weight even before Balis get a hold of him.

He may have stepped on a scale and it said 300 lbs but Chris Jones does not weigh 300 lbs
