What is your preferred Mississippi State podcast?

I generally like Thunder and Lightning, but I like it less since they brought on Faulk. In recent months, he has been coming off as pretty pompous. He is NEVER wrong about anything, and good grief do not get me started on his obsession with the damn logos.

Any others worth checking out?

T&L is still my favorite, and I like Robbie more than Joel. But you are right? if Robbie is ever wrong, he is going to come back and say what he ?really? meant.

My only other one I ever listen to is Out of Left Field with Bart and Charlie. It?s really good. I just can?t get with the Boneyard, Steve loves hearing himself talk.

Ever since he went to On3 he has become a pompous jackass. Especially on Twitter. He's no different than a lot of beat reporters though. For the most part, the weren't very popular in high school or college and now that they have a decent following they get this self entitlement to them and a huge ego.

Used to listen to Steve but tired of self promotion/ Listened to Matt and used to participate in on the Chat but got tired of the show being Hijacked by Rebels. He really needs to hire a Producer that will keep him focused. Have Listened to T@L for years and Still do. Liked it better when JTC was on but it's still better than the other ones. Hadad is a very entertaining guy/ Robbie has a postgame YT channel now and has all the pressors on it.

That's because they do. Just go read On3 and you'll see the exact topics they will discuss. I also don't like how Faulk will marginalize every other sport, but will spend 30 minutes talking about women's basketball recruiting.

Here is how to fix the 13 and 34 podcast.

1) get rid of 13
2) Add a straight man. someone to bounce stuff off of, but no "expert" and someone with less opinions.
2) 34 - no coach speak, none of that. Just ranting. Be the personality, not the coach.

That would be a winner.

I don't mind that, and I like Brian. Robbie just grates on my nerves sometimes. He is always right and if he's wrong well it's because you didn't really understand what he was saying. Not can be. IS a real ass. Maybe he's playing a character, but it's just funny that someone who touts their faith and their parent's profession so much to act like he does. It's basically I'm better than you, but I can't tell you why I'm better than you so I'm just going to keep saying I'm better than you til you agree.

I listen to T&L everyday on my way home from work. Brian is good, but Robbie definitely has his moments of being annoyingly difficult. He reminds me of those kids on the playground who?d change the rules of the game as they go.

I haven't listened for a bit but I use to like thunder and lighting over out of left field. I didn't like them spending 5 minutes talking about their favorite band. I liked Matt Wyatt show the best when it was just him talking. Not a fan of his radio show on Facebook where people would comment as if took away from material. I'd rather get his thoughts and listen to something else than a lie is dumb fluff which again is why I stopped listening to oolf.

I stoped listening to Wyatt when he started bringing on his wife and a preacher to talk about other than sports topics on a regular basis. That’s not why I tune into ESPN radio. Just a whole bunch of off topic things on that show.

Guys T&L is just entertainment/ Hadad is the Dandy Don of the group and Robbie the Gifford. Thats why I listen to it. If you want Info then read from Ross Dellinger.

I like them according to whatever is on the docket for the day. If something really good or really bad I usually tune in. I also like devil music, so if Steve is talking about someone I like, I'll tune in to it.
