The whole team is at fault here. Multiple innings with bases loaded and can't hang big crooked numbers. Leading 7-3 in the bottom of the 8th and pitching gives up 4 runs. Jordan dropped a ball he should've caught. We let the leadoff guy on from the 8th innning on. Long can't block. Larry fumbles away the last out. Stevens had a double play ball hit to him and he pulls Mershon off line. I mean all around pitiful effort.

And if the whole team is at fault it points back to the man in charge. How anyone want to keep Lemonis at this point I don't get. Who cares if we make a regional. It's clear he doesn't get the most out of his team

With a loss tomorrow, I see no better then 7-9 SEC rest if way. I see 7 -8 the last 15. With no sweeps by State losing 5 of 6 to Vandy and Arkansas. So I see 3 more series wins unless State wins tomorrow. A win tomorrow gives us a shot at 15-15 SEC which would definitely be top half of the league. A loss tomorrow could also start a tailspin.

Maybe you are right. We think every coach is always going to bring in transfers and in baseball transfers are even more of a crapshoot than the other sports. I think 15-15 is a fair expectation and should mean a Top 16 spot unless he loses all his midweek games rest of the way. I fear he is going to need that UAB game with 2 of our remaining midweeks against Alcorn and North Alabama. We have 4 total midweeks left if we don't make up UAB. Tomorrow is a must win for Lemonis. Maybe not in the grand scheme of things but to the majority of the Fanbase, tomorrow just became a Must Win!

I fear he is going to need that UAB game with 2 of our remaining midweeks against Alcorn and North Alabama. We have 4 total midweeks left if we don't make up UAB. Tomorrow is a must win for Lemonis. We're not playing UAB. That game got cancelled. And Alcorn and North Alabama might be cancelled too. North Alabama certainly will. We'll probably play Alcorn because they're an in state school.

That's sort of what I'm saying. We could win like 13-14 SEC games and get left out. But win/loss wise that isn't an embarrassing season. But if we miss a regional I don't think we bring him back regardless.

And here's more reality. Let's assume we blow a game every weekend going forward. Very possible with this team. That alone would put us at 12 losses in the SEC. If Arkansas sweeps us that's two more not including the blown loss to Arkansas. So that's 14. Vandy on the road is probably a series loss as well. So that's 15 losses right there and if Vandy sweeps us it's 16.

Our margin for error is pretty close to zero. And Heaven forbid we lose to Memphis on the road.

I've never wanted to own OM in baseball. I never considered them to be in our universe in baseball. Head-to-head, that's been the reality. Unfortunately, to the outside world, the two programs are likely seen as even since we both have one national title. That fact disgusts me to no end. We should have more titles.

Well that is some strong accusations. That makes it sound Baylor-ish. I have heard he is not the greatest guy but not anything worse than just the typical D bag stuff you hear about from most athletes. I mean not really that surprising with how he acts on the field.

To clarify, I’m not accusing him of any illegal sexual assault or anything. I just know he’s very verbally inappropriate with females, vulgar, and can be threatening. And word is he did do one thing to a female that could certainly be considered assault (but not sexual assault). His reputation is not good with behavior. He needs to clean up his act on a personal level. That’s much more important than baseball.
