Rumored to have committed today. Transfering from Miami (Ohio). Started at South Carolina. rushed for 1,075 yards and 13 touchdowns last season. Is he RB1 as soon as he steps on campus?

This was a huge get. One of the top rated guys in the portal. He's probably gonna be rb1 from the start. Huge pickup by the staff! Lebby know how to recruit!

Lebby did quite well in a short period. I'm ready to see what he can do with a full season

Who would be a good comparison for him, in your opinion?

From the description he sounds like Anthony Dixon.

IMO, he reminds me so much of Kylin Hill?s running style, but 3 inches taller and 30 lbs heavier. Speed looks to be about the same, maybe a click faster.

That's a solid comparision it looks like

Lebby has done a wonderful job in such a short amount of time and expect some more after spring. He ain't playing!

I was kind of expecting people to comp him with Dillon Johnson. Just based on running style and also that UW recruited him to replace DJ in the same system before their coaching change.

But I do agree his athletic profile is closer to Dixon. Maybe a step faster but a degree less powerful. Also like Dixon, not as much of a north-south runner as you would expect for the size. Should be an interesting fit in Lebby?s offense.

But can be Hurdle?

Rashad Amos is definitely a Running Back Name!

Not seeing the AD comparisons, size wise similar but running styles look different in the very limited film I just watched. I am picking up Arian Foster at Tenn vibes from this guy

The clips I've seen of him had me thinking the same thing. Looked like Kylin. But with Boobie's size? That's scary.

So the OP said rumor. Is this commitment confirmed or what? Sounds like player though and good job Lebby.

Foster and Dixon are the same back imo. Foster is a step faster

Why make a comparison if he is good be happy with that. He might be the one people compare to in the future.

Maybe not as robust a runner as Dixon, but a bit brisker.

Oh disagree there. Dixon is north south run you over without great vision which is why he never made it in NFL but was a great SEC back imo. Foster had elite vision and a very fast lateral move if needed which translates well to NFL when you cant just run everyone over unless you are d henry

Yeah, Dixon looked for contact when he ran. He didn't even try to avoid tacklers. Lol
He ran straight downhill.

Amos is probably better than everyone mentioned here.

No vision? He ran counters and zone plays exclusively. You don't have positive yards with no vision in that blocking scheme. You're relying on the back to see or find the hole. The fact that once he gets going he doesn't avoid contact was what wore defenses down.

Stop it. The comparisons are NFL players, he's still in college on his 3rd team.

oh the opinion thing again, huh? Amos will play in the league and longer than AD and we all know why. I think he's an overlooked stud.

He's not overlooked being the 2nd highest portal option available.

I really hope he is but it feels like we are getting ahead of ourselves.

He only averaged 5.1 ypc against a P5 schedule and for comparison he did not have the highest ypc on his team. Better than anyone on this thread is a stretch

He was a 1000 yard rusher, he has a good offer list, and he projects well into our offense. Will settle for that as a starter and build from there.

I have only seen footage of him running in space. He's about to start getting lit up with contact and I want to see footage of him breaking tackles.
