Crumedy also ran a sub 5 in the 40.

Tulu runs tomorrow. I read a couple of articles where he was listed as someone who could possibly break John Ross's record (4.22).

Kid from Clemson ran a 4.29 today.

Currently dcam has 3rd fastest db time. Have we forgiven him for verbally committing to the bears out of the portal? I’m a bit torn.

Bookie ran a high 4.6 and you could tell he has been training. Got to give him credit. He has really helped himself

Forgiven a long time ago when he declared for the draft.

Folks who wrote those articles don’t watch games. Nothing we have seen from Tulu says he can run 4.3 or below. That is ludicrous.

That might make sense. Somewhere in the range of 4.40 to 4.55 might be reasonable for him. But he ain’t running anywhere near 4.22.

He ran a 4.45, 4.44 and 4.43! Talk about consistent!

Right nobody is wasting a draft pick on a kick returner. He'll get udfa deal.

That sounds right. That’s a good time for him. If you had forced me to predict a time, I would have said 4.47 for Tulu. Decamerion is the one I would have blown. I certainly didn’t realize Decam was that fast.

yeah and he will assuredly make a practice squad. I hope he matures and gets some years in the league.

Well thats every guy. Gary Ervin thought he was a 1st rounder. It's tough for those guys to grasp they arent in the top 1%

Same here. Wish him well but he needed another year of college to show maybe he could be a receiver too and improve his stock.

True! Heck most high school kids think they can make it too, lol! Reality can be a witch!

And honestly a lot of them do, but they do NOT have the work ethic of the greats. In some, talent just gets them there but they won?t be great because they won?t train and focus.

Others won?t get there because they are on the line but won?t focus and train and/or they train with the wrong people. Getting faster is about high high output then long long rest between reps. Has nothing in common with bodybuilding, wind sprints, suicides, conditioning or any of that bullshit.

Do you think Ervin was going to the gym at night to practice every shot and every move with a logical plan? I don?t. And the vast majority of these kids aren?t going to do that because that?s what it takes in every field.

Kobe did that, and Alex Bregman did that. By definition, most people will not put that amount of thought and process into succeeding.

Do any of our guys get drafted? Who has the best chance between crum, dcam, and book?

bigbub50

Why did crum get invited to the draft and pick didn’t? I know crum had the better career, but they seemed similar this past year to my untrained eye.

Crumedy has the better pro upside. Pickering will probably sign as a free agent with someone though. He's a good player.

Ladd McConkey runs a 4.39. Maybe that will shut up the people who thought he was slow.
