The talent is there. If it crashes and burns again we'll be getting a new coach. In baseball talent typically plays up.

My takeaways:

He said "pissed" a lot, which kind of fires me up.

He seems genuinely excited.

That is the most transparent I haven ever seen him, as far as talking about injuries. It sounds like we are in pretty good shape on that front.
