The SPC has placed central and south MS under a slight risk for severe weather. I wouldn't be surprised if that gets expanded a little more northward towards the 82 corridor as the HRRR has been showing strong helicity tracks in that area for tomorrow afternoon.

TWs are popping up north of Houston. If this Line keeps together it could be interesting for Natchez northward tonight.

Will they interrupt the SB for weather updates? The resulting Facebook meltdowns would be awesome!

They're legally obligated to interrupt programming. They have no choice if they want to keep their broadcast license.

The meltdowns will be glorious!

1:05 to go. San Francisco has it at midfield out of timeouts down by 4 facing a 4th and 3...we interrupt this programming for breaking severe weather.

WLBT had a weather girl on last night who couldn't pronounce common areas in the metro. At least give them a local punctuation class.

Looking t the Pireps around the Smith Cty area. Extreme turb at 300 FL. You normally never see that except in the Rockies. Y'all stay safe up there tonight. Jackson area looks to get it in a hour from a cell round near Port Gibson heading NNE.

Are you a fellow pilot? I’ve been looking at PIREPs as well on the Aviation Weather page and through ForeFlight.

The temps on Madison are in the mid 50s, so hopefully no severe weather.

Used to be an Army Aviator. I always have the NWS AWC page on and the 1st time I ever saw the Extreme turb posted in Miss.
