Wow, this will cause issues for the players driving a Toyota or Nissian. All that college sure didn't make him smarter.

All I can say is most people were calling for this so here you go.

One thing worse that not getting what you ask for sometimes is actually getting it. A man reaps what he sows. Nothing good will be at the end of this madness in college sports.

Is that a big red bow on top of the car?

Drive that near the underground or any other part of the ATL and see hope fast he loses it.

Only way that goofy looking dude is getting some female companionship is by having a Lamborghini

There are a few kids out there that would get weak at a Lambo dealership.

What else is a kid going to buy? This is actually more sound economics than a kid making 36K job with a $20K corolla. If his NIL is 2M, this is nothing for him. No kids, no wife, no expenses.

You can't resell the Lamborghini and you better produce and get drafted.

Even a 4th round pick gets 4M contract and 880K signing bonus.

I guess those new 87K IRS agents will have a field day auditing NIL deals. You would have to think many of these families took the earned income tax credit are now going to have to get a good CPA. Money at such an early age I could a lot bling being bought

How about put it away for retirement? Wow what a concept! His 2$ a year will not last long, then what? He may never play a down of pro ball, then he will be flipping burgers at McDonalds since he did not save any money!

That's how boring and safe guys like me think. I would be walking to campus and eating free at the athlete cafeteria, saving my pennies. I'm pretty sure I was the poorest kid at MSU. Always had 2 or 3 jobs.

I'm just guessing, the Lambo dealer in Atlanta is probably a UGA guy. This was a straight NIL gift to a star QB. He may not have actually bought the car, he is living-breathing billboard for Lambo.

Wonder what the insurance costs are on an unmarried male under the age of 25 (forget about adding a few speeding tickets) on a Lamborghini

Has that prey vision. We can only see 120-degrees when looking straight ahead. He can see 180. Wider field of vision with those vegan eyes. He can see those edge rushers that would blindside most of us.

That will be a selling point to sign in states like Florida and Tennessee as they and some others have no state income tax.

Short term cash flow, yea, obviously this is way better. But damn it would suck to flame out and realize that you're going to average something around $150k a year in income over your life and you spent $250k+ on a car when you were 22.

I'd love to see the insurance premium on a less than 25 year old guy. It has to be outrageous

Anyone know the tax burden on a 2 million NIL payment?
