What's the deal with other conferences and helmet stickers?

I've always liked them. Would be cool to award the players with bones or small bulldog heads for big plays, key blocks, etc.

I hate Ohio State but they have awesome helmets. I love the idea of putting dawg bones on ours.

I hope they have in game stickers. Everyone starts with zero play stickers (juice box) and you get one when you make a big play. Given out by the recruit bench mob.

Now you issue dog heads for good overall games by the coaching staff. Which the player keeps on their helmet for the next game.

I was young for the Jackie years, but it seems like short man syndrome now with the stickers. Shit the OSU RB almost had his helmet covered with weed leaves. They must hand them out like Halloween candy up there because their helmets are covered. And they play in the worst Big6 conference in North America . JMO buy it seems a lil over the top, and the "other" conferences that are big on it. Just put W's in that column and leave stickers to kindergarten classes.

Ohio State has done this forever, it isn't new. It's part of who they are.
