Huntsville golfer just won a tournament in Palm Springs. He's the first amateur to win a PGA tournament in 33 years (Mickelson in '91). His home course is Canebrake. His dad said he shot a 59 when he was 12, presumably at Canebrake. I've played there many times and but never came close to a 59. This guy is a 20 year old sophomore at UAT.
