So how accurate are these ratings since they seem to like to inflate the ratings of players that do not go to MSU? Is it accurate for the top 5 and the rest a toss up?

I don't see OU keeping that #12 ranking very long. They play four of the preseason top 10 (Alabama, Ole Miss, Texas and Missouri) plus LSU and Tennessee with 3 of those on the road (Ole Miss, LSU and Missouri) and one being neutral site (Texas)

Usually finish pretty close. There will be a couple teams that underperform and a couple that overperform for sure
