As of now. 24 HS/Juco (21 signees and 3 commits) and 13 portal guys.
That's a lot. I suspect half of our 85 will be new guys.

It's needed badly. We have a lot of holes on our roster. We've filled some but still have more to go.

Our best 55-60 players are getting a massive overall upgrade right now compared to last year. Still not where we need to be but going the right direction.

We are better at WR than we've ever been now.

It feels like we've been saying that for years now.

It does, but I think that may be a real thing now. I'm sure we'll have some good and bad spring attrition but adding Akharaiyi, Coleman and Traore from last year is going to be different for us. Combine those guys with Robinson, Creed, Mosley, and Walley all returning with the new guys coming in and we have an exceptional room.

Does Freddie Roberson have any eligibility left? I know he wasn't much of a contributor last year but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say that the system he was in wasn't really reflective of his potential.

ETA: Nvm. Found his Twitter where he declared for the draft.

We havent had anyone that could get the ball to a WR since the 2020 LSU game.

And even then Costello threw 4 or 5 interceptions

He was a good receiver that got maybe less than 12 targets all season.
