Tried placing a bet on our season win total but was not listed anywhere so reached out to a friend of mine that is a bookie and he said he would take the bet just to let him do a little research and he would give me a line. Called me back with a line of 19.5.

Put $800 on us to hit the over. I would be really shocked if we do not go .500 in conference play.

It’s hard to predict how SEC play will go besides UK and UT being at the top and Vandy and LSU being at the bottom. I think the rest is going to be alot of 7-11.
to 11-7 teams. UK and UT will probably go 15-3 possibly 16-2. Whether we fall closer to 7-11 or 11-7 will determine our tournament chances

The SEC is really good this year. Our schedule doesn't do us any favors. We've only seen one half with Tolu playing, and that was against a scrub team. It's hard to say how we stack up against the SEC. However, the team without Tolu was not going .500 in conference play. Can he get us a few extra wins?

Our first 4 games are brutal. @SC will be tough, then UT and Bama at home, then KY in Lexington. If we don't beat SC, we could be staring 0-4 in the face. We really need to come out 2-2. Those first 4 games will give you a good idea of where you stand on that bet. Personally, I have us at 8-10 to 10-8.

He didn't act like there was any chance FAU would not be in the tourney. IF we take care of business and finish 10-8 we are absolutely in and playing for a decent seed (7 or 8).

He was also asked about Ole Miss and dismissed them quickly based on a very weak schedule (outside of the Memphis which was a home game). He didn't say they were not good, he just said it's not worth talking about their potential seed until they start playing a harder schedule coming up.

FAU, currently ranked #17, has two quad 4 losses already this year. I was listening to a bracket guy on radio this morning and he said it's January and there was a long way to go. He didn't act like there was any chance FAU would not be in the tourney. IF we take care of business and finish 10-8 we are absolutely in and playing for a decent seed (7 or 8).

FAU also beat Arizona and has some other good wins.

We have such an interesting resume. We really didn’t beat anyone that great and we have that Southern loss but our neutral court record is the best in the country. Hopefully that will be a factor come selection Sunday
