Maybe maybe not. McLendon kind of did that with fewer games on the schedule at the time. He was fired because he couldn't beat Alabama. LSU fans suck but we don't need to be concerned about LSU as much anymore with the rotating schedule.

I live around a lot of LSU fans and I haven't really heard any of them saying anything good or bad about Kelly. Overall I think they're OK with him. He beat Alabama in 2022 and he won 10 games this year. So I think he is fine for now especially as long as he improves the defense. Usually if they're mad- I know. See Dennis Allen with the Saints.

I work offshore. So I live with them for 2 weeks at a time. They aren't bitching loud yet but the rumblings have started. I hear it every day.
