EXACTLY. Everyone keeps forgetting this fact. It doesn't matter if he reported. An interior (covered) lineman/TE/whatever is an ineligible receiver when covered and #68 definitely was. It was something Campbell was hoping he could get away with, but was an illegal play any way you dice it.
