    We messed up when we didn?t get rid of stans after the 2011 season. We let him stay another 2 Years to completely destroy the program. By the time he left we had a major drug problem in the locker room, we were only practicing once every week (if that), and fistfights in the locker room were a daily occurrence. All you people saying we messed up by not keeping stans have it ass backwards. Stans dowsed the dumpster with diesel and struck lit the match by hiring Ray.

    There were reasons we couldn't get a real coach after him.
