Third NOA?
Will they stop cheating so they can be punished?
-
No-death penalty for at least a year is the only way to slow them down.

UMiss is the gift that keeps on giving to the NCAA. With the national attention that they are getting now, the NCAA better make the penalty fit the misdoings. The NCAA is either going to seem relevant or a joke.

A year death penalty will slow them down for a year.

Possibly. If I was the NCAA I'd go ahead and make a risk/reward decision and decide to save the resources. They know what's going on. They know it's pervavsive. They know it's the entire administration. They know the religious and holier than thou act was an act. They know the boosters are neck deep in the culture there. They know local businesses are heppin'. They know everything they need to know to go ahead and shut this embarrassment of a program down. They don't need a 3rd NOA to justify death at this point. If they're ever going to give the death penalty again, it'll happen now.

I honestly think it's on the table. Never did before until now.

aGAIN, if the matrix is applied objectively.....they're 17'd for 10 years or longer.
In fact, that program might be SWAC-like far into the 20's and 30's if the NCAA were to evenly apply the matrix punishments.
