    They should have fired Freeze after NOA #1 (there was enough there to justify it.)
    Then they should have issued an apology to Houston Nutt and blamed everything on Freeze (who they just fired).

    2 yrs probation with a few schollies, Network takes a vacation for a couple of yrs, om is still a desirable job and om could overcome their setback fairly easy.

    Now, they are royally screwed!!
