    Michael Lewis was a high school classmate of Sean Tuohy's and Tuohy got Lewis to write the book while it was all still going on. Lewis wrote what Tuohy wanted in the book but probably knows the real story.

    Yes, both went to Newman in New Orleans. Apparently Tuohy and Michael Lewis went to grade school together, too.
