Based on the little information I have, this sure does seem questionable.
Who leaves their 7 year old alone in a car at 1am in a Jackson parking lot? This all just seems a bit suspect. Hopefully the mom is investigated. At the absolute minimum she should be charged with child negligence.
Word is she was leaving work, picked kid up, stopped by Kroger to run in and grab him a graduation happy. His kindergarten graduation was Thursday morning.
