yep. spot on. mighty brave there youngster punching the lights out of a 62 year old dude. you will soon be defending yourself against some much younger bad asses in jail. we'll see how tough you are then. you've had a history of violence and now it's time you paid the price.
just curious , for those who know about the justice system, how much time you think this coward gets?

Don't know but hopefully enough to teach him a good lesson.

I hope I'm wrong but unfortunately we'll probably only hear about him getting a 30-day sentence with medical bill responsibility for the guy he sucker-punched. But then again, earlier this week the perps who beat up the ex-marine at Huddle House in West Point in 2014 received 5-years or so prison sentence. So there's that.

I think he deserves 6 months minimum. and if he ever does something like that again, he gets 7-10. people like that just disgust me. I'm gonna try to keep track of the case and see what happens.
-
He should get an additional 6 months in jail for wearing a Cam Newton jersey.
-
I'm glad his team lost and I'm glad he was arrested. He deserves such a crappy day. Can't wait to hear about him going to jail.
-
I can't believe the restraint of the old dude's son. I would've beat the shit out of someone that punched my dad like that!
-
High ground always matters...but the one on high ground must also be engaged and not sitting on his thumb twirling.

He would definitely have a size 13 imprint on his face.

This. You can hear the old man talking about respect, so I seriously doubt he was screwing around with the two asshats. Hopefully the shit head goes to jail and gets sued for whatever he might own.

It's horseshit. One assailant was released in April with time served... One got two years and I think the 3rd was sentenced Friday...
all were charged with Ag Asslt...

This is the reason these idiots keep doing this crap. There is no legal deterrent. We have become oh so soft in dealing with criminals.

spot on sir. instead of shame like it used to be, now there are excuses such as poverty and bad upbringing and such. Also, and I know I'll catch flack for this but society has so removed God from our lives. The answers to what ails us or so obvious yet we sit around and pretend to be confused.

Ummm... that’s such a broad and factually untrue statement.

I'm betting the old man had his fill of liquor and was an asshat. I'll wait till all the facts come out. There are plenty of old men asshats too. 3 second clip doesn't tell the whole story. I don't care how old you are talk shit to me all night long and i'll be respectful, but the second you say something vile towards my woman you are getting punched in the face. Respect women first then old men.

I think 24 may mean "prison isn't a deterrent"... at least, that's how I took it....
Prisons used to be punitive, but now they are basically to segregate criminals from society...

Closetest I ever came to being beat to death - Norman Oklahoma - 5 fat Sooner fans kept saying "f@ck you Miami fan" and other things.
I'm not a Miami fan, but I guess I look like one. They followed me yelling more taunts..
I just walked into the most expensive restaurant in Norman (shitty restaurant) where Sooner fans with Walmart-purchased hats cannot enter and I ate $60 in sub-par but ok food
My advice to youngsters, you must walk away from dumbasses and avoid climactic confrontations

Another thing, how Dak handled being attacked in Panama City several years ago showed great strength and emotional intelligence
Had he used his size to fight back and destroy his attackers, he would be playing Madden 17 with Bo Wallace right now
The losers that attacked him are probably now temp workers at an Amazon warehouse making $10 an hour and can't afford Obamacare
