    I realize Charles Cross is not highly ranked but I think that's because he's got some bulking up to do (260 lbs). Prolly a red shirt, dunno . I think a lot of these rankings are dependent also on how fast of an impact they can be.

    But anybody who also has offers from Tulane and Wake Forest is A-Okay by me. I like smart offensive linemen.

    Cross has been assessed as 'raw talent, needing development' is the reason for his rating.

    what's the story on Ja'Quay Hubbard? from PA but no offers from Penn State, Pitt, or WV. the only offer of significance other than ours is VA.
